Electronic Pruner - Tronic Star

Now with “Tronic Star”, the last generation electronic shear for pruning, Campagnola confirms itself as an excellent partner for all professional operators.

Three operating modes

• Manual: The blade opening and closing is progressive, controlled by the operator according to his pressures on the trigger.
• Automatic: With a light pressure on the trigger it starts a complete blade opening and closing cycle. Maximum speed can be reached in this mode.
• 70% blade opening: the 70% blade opening allows to cut small branches with the maximum speed.

The shear has 12 hours’ autonomy, without any need to recharge the batteries, which gives excellent service and long lasting performance, avoiding interruptions.

Tiger

Tractor-mounted PTO air compressor.

The new TIGER line has been created in order to fulfil the requests of the professional customers. Their main features are the new high pressure compressor blocks, made of cast iron, two 14 litres air tanks, connected by an aluminium coil pipe, to eliminate condensation, a regulator and filter/lubricator, a robust ABS hood, protecting the moving parts and leading the cooling air towards the compressor block. They are fitted with a high quality 3/4” unloader / retaining valve, two more safety valves, directly mounted on the air tank, 5 quick couplings, a rear tow bar connection, two hose reel supports and glycerine pressure gauges.

• New high pressure compressor blocks
• The compressed air output is conveyed into the first air tank, then through the second by means of an air cooling aluminium coil pipe resulting in considerably less condensation by the air outlet.
• Before reaching the tools, the air gets purified through a filter and, with very easy operations carried out by the operator, it is regulated at the necessary working pressure and lubricated automatically.

Tractor-mounted PTO air compressor.

The large reservoir of compressed air and the powerful compressor blocks (940 and 1500 air l/min) fill the air tank very quickly allowing a long working period even with the tractor engine off, thereby saving fuel and tractor wear. The main features are the robust ABS hood, leading the cooling air towards the compressor block and protecting the moving parts, the homologated 1000 litres air tank (14.5 bar, 900 mm diameter), the anti-condensation group with automatic lubricator, the automatic unloader valve, the support for a hose reel and the compliance with all the safety rules (noise, moving parts protection, pressure, etc). The model MAMMUT 1500/1000 is fitted with a compressor block completely made of cast iron for a highly professional use, since it grants excellent performance and long lasting reliability.

Strong and compact, the LION compressors have been designed for use in narrow crop rows. Their main features are a robust ABS hood, leading the cooling air towards the compressor block and protecting the moving parts, a homologated tank, an anti-condensing kit with automatic lubricator, an automatic unloader valve, a support for a hose reel and a tow bar. Both available models comply with all safety rules (noise, moving parts, pressure, etc.). The model LION 1500/620 is equipped with a compressor block in cast iron, which is specific for a highly professional use, since it grants excellent performances and long lasting reliability.

Eco Plus

PTO compressor Line.

These small tractor-mounted compressors are characterised by a sober design and the quality for which Campagnola is renowned. The main features are the big flywheel, which balances the rotating parts and cools the compressor block, a pin for mounting a hose reel, glycerine pressure gauges, 3/8” lubricating and regulating sets. The full range – from 310 up to 1500 l/min air intake - make them cover the needs of the farms of any size.

Towable PTO air compressor.

The towable, large capacity air compressors DINOS can be also used with tractors without hydraulic power lift. Thanks to their reduced height, they can be used in any kind of farm. They are equipped with a homologated 1000 litres air tank at 14.5 bar and powerful compressor blocks, filling the tank up very quickly and allowing high autonomy to various operators working simultaneously with the tractor engine switched off. The robust ABS hood protects the compressor block and leads the cooling air towards the overcooling parts, thus granting an excellent performance. The DINOS line complies with all safety rules. All models are equipped with an anti-condensing kit with automatic lubricator, an automatic unloader valve, an adjustable axle, a support for two hose reels, the homologation for on-road circulation, light bar and plate holder. The model DINOS 1500/1000 is also fitted with a compressor block in cast iron for a highly professional use.

Falcon

Self-propelled motorcompressor.

The FALCON line motorcompressors are characterised by the robust and functional ABS hood which protects the moving inner parts and prevents the operator from touching them or being injured. Light, but strong, they are recommended for any use.

The models FALCON 520 and 820 are provided with a self-propelling system with a 2-wheel drive and differential device, controlled by the operator by means of a lever on the handlebars. Moreover, they are endowed with a pneumatic self-regulating device, which stresses the engine only during the air tank recharge, thus saving fuel and parts wear.

MC 820

Motorcompressor.

These motorcompressors are mounted on balanced trolleys and are equipped with tyre tube wheels (‘standard’ or ‘garden’). All this makes them very stable and easy to move on uneven or steep ground. The motor and compressor unit is mounted on a shock-absorbed platform. All the MC motorcompressors are provided with a special ‘pneumatic throttle control device’ which stresses the engine only during the tank recharge and makes it idle when the maximum pressure is reached, thus saving fuel and parts wear and reducing exhaust gas and noise pollution. They also have a 3/8” regulator and lubricator filter and a safety and retaining valve.

Tiger 820 Diesel

Tractor Mounted Motorcompressor.

A tractor mounted motorcompressor driven by a 7.5 HP diesel motor and fitted with two 24-litre tanks. Fuel consumption is drastically reduced thanks to the pneumatic self-regulating device.

Lion 820 Diesel

Tractor Mounted Motorcompressor.

Though LION 820 DIESEL is a motorcompressor, it can be transported by connecting it to the three point linkage of a tractor. It is operated by a 7.5 HP diesel engine. It is fitted with a 620 litre air tank and a pneumatic pressure regulating device, which accelerates the engine only during the tank recharge.

Dolphin 820 Diesel

Fixed Base Motorcompressor.

Dolphin 820 diesel is a fixed base motorcompressor (to be rested on a loading platform). It is driven by a 7.5 HP diesel motor and features a pneumatic self-regulating device.

MC 520

Self-Propelled Motorcompressor.

Lion 820 Self

Motorcompressor.

Lion 820 self is a motorcompressor which is fitted with a device controlling the engine. It starts the engine, when the pressure inside the tank is lower than 9 bar, while it stops it when it is higher than 14 bar

Mod M/3

Pneumatic chain saw Autolube

AUTOLUBE is a pneumatic pruner with a self-lubrication system for the chain. Powerful and yet light and easy to use it is fitted on an extension pole allowing branches up to 150mm in diam. up to 5m in height to be cut. Available with 8" bar and 1/4" chain. It is supplied with an adapter for fitting on the extension pole.

F/4

The F/4 pneumatic shears can cut thick branches (up to 35 mm diam.) of notoriously hard woods with minimum effort. Sturdy and powerful, they are the ideal shears for problem-free use over long periods. The body/cylinder is made of magnesium casting. Campagnola recommends to use F/4 connected to an extension pole.

Star 30V

Vineyard blade version

The considerable power generated by 2 in-line pistons inside two brass sleeves provides 185 kg of pushing power to the blade, while maintaining a fast 2 cutting stroke/second rate. The double piston system grants great power and reduced hand grip diameter, and eliminates the kickback effect against the operator’s arm. The remarkably comfortable hand grip is due to the reduced outer diameter (42 mm only). The blades are made of forged steel, heat treated for a suitably time-lasting cutting hedge sharpness, while yielding flexibility and withstanding rough handling. The sharpening operation is still carried out manually.

Laser Chainsaw

Pneumatic pruner featuring a chain self-lubrication system. Powerful, but light and easy to use, it doesn’t tire the operator even after many hours of work and during difficult cutting situations. Excellent both with direct handle grip and fitted on the extension pole with which you can cut branches 200 mm thick up to 5 metres high.

Two models available: with 8"or 10" bar and with 1/4" chain. Both are fitted with an exclusive bar that limits kickback during cutting.

Star 35

For pruning orchards and for green areas

STAR 35 is a traditional pneumatic shear with single piston and spring return, but with an impressive performance rating. The 212 kg pushing power to the blade and the swift rate of 3 cutting strokes/second are difficult targets to match.

The blades are made of forged steel, heat treated for a suitably time-lasting cutting hedge sharpness, while yielding flexibility and withstanding rough handling. The sharpening operation is still carried out manually. The adapter allows to connect the shear to an extension pole without disassembling the tool. For its features, STAR 35 (35 mm cuts) is an excellent shear for pruning orchards and for the green area maintenance.

Super STAR 2 P/5

For any kind of pruning operation

It has inherited from the world wide famous Super Star the high qualities which have determined its success: Speed, blade group in line with the shear body and easy maintenance. The new Super Star 2 has obviously been improved, such as in its cutting capacity, which is 31 mm. It is ideal for any kind of pruning operation.

Super Star 2 an be fitted onto an extension pole to cut branches up to 5 m above the ground without any need for a ladder.

F/6 U - STAR 50

The Most Powerful Loppers

The most powerful loppers in the Campagnola range can prune branches up to 50 mm thick with a minimum effort. They are matchless for any cutting operations thanks to the special profile of the straight or hooked blades. F/6 is the ideal tool for forestry pruning use and for green area maintenance. These loppers are the only Campagnola shears with “double action”: the blades are operated by compressed air for both cutting and blade opening stroke.

The new pneumatic lopper STAR 50. For those who have to carry out hard operations such as forestry pruning or green areas maintenance, the new pneumatic lopper STAR 50, which is the strongest Campagnola shear, is the best tool. It is the direct evolution of the previous F/6 U and D models and its new forged steel blades group is its power point, being a guarantee for strength and hold on the branch. STAR 50 can carry out 50 mm cuts and is available in various lengths, up to 3 metres. It is the only Campagnola shear with “double action”: the blades are operated by compressed air for both cutting and blade opening strokes.
